2 / Complete the Enrollment Application
Fill out your family’s enrollment packet and select your tuition option - whether private pay or state-subsidized care.
3 / Submit Required Documents
Gather and submit your child’s health screenings, state required records, and developmental questionnaires (see checklist below).
4 / Confirm Start Date & Welcome Session

Enrollment Checklist
To ensure the safety of every student and to allow for personalized care, California state regulations and Oak Tree standards require the following documents prior to your child's first day:

Immunization Record (Up-to-date California yellow card)

Vision, Hearing & Dental Screenings (Completed by your pediatrician)

Registration Fee & Initial Tuition Deposit (Covers enrollment fee + minimum 1 week tuition)

Extended Operating Hours
6:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Monday - Friday
(Includes summer, winter & spring breaks).

Free monthly family events, behavioral guidance, and community resource training
Nutritious Meal Program
