Financial constraints should never stand as a barrier between a child and a rich, supportive learning environment.
By actively integrating state, federal, and local financial assistance programs into our center, our childcare operates as a high-level, private school with educational standards that meet the needs of everyday family realities. Our goal is twofold: to ensure that every young learner enters elementary school prepared, confident, and eager to thrive, and that every family understands how to continue that success throughout the educaiton of the child.
Subsidies & Childcare Assistance Programs We Accept
We partner with California’s leading child care funding initiatives to streamline enrollment for qualifying families:

State CCTR (General Child Care & Development): State-supported funding initiatives that provide tuition-free or low-cost early education directly through participating licensed centers.

CCRC (Child Care Resource Center): We work directly with CCRC voucher holders to provide fully or partially subsidized preschool and childcare.

CalWORKs (Stages 1, 2 & 3), TANF & TAD: Subsidized child care support designed for parents transitioning into employment, vocational training, or higher education.

Four Steps to Enrolling with Financial Aid

Apply with your caseworker through CCRC or your local CalWORKs office to receive your funding allocation.
2 / Contact Oak Tree Administration
Call us or submit an inquiry online to confirm classroom availability for your child's age group.
3 / Submit Your Notice of Action (NOA)
Provide your approved voucher, certificate, or NOA to our front desk so we can log your provider paperwork.
4 / Schedule Your Tour & Start Date
Meet with our team to customize your child's schedule and complete enrollment.
