We’re currently hiring On-Call Support Teachers—a role designed for individuals who love working with children and want to support early education without committing to a set weekly schedule. This position is ideal for those seeking substitute-style work with the freedom to choose when and how often they’re available.

About the Role:

As an On-Call Support Teacher, you’ll join our pool of substitute educators to provide classroom support at either of our San Bernardino campuses or Slauson. There is no minimum or guaranteed number of hours per week—you simply let us know your availability, and we’ll reach out when coverage is needed. You’ll have the opportunity to support across different age groups and classroom settings, stepping in to help maintain consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in classrooms when staff are out or additional help is needed

• Follow all health, safety, and center policies

• Engage positively with children, families, and staff

• Collaborate with teaching teams to maintain a nurturing and structured environment

• Flexibility and responsiveness to coverage requests

• Dependability and strong communication skills

• Prior experience working with children is a plus

• A positive attitude and willingness to step in where needed
