Oak Tree Learning Center is an academic-focused preschool dedicated to closing the achievement gap and empowering children from all backgrounds. We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Director/Director to lead our San Bernardino site, mentor teachers, and ensure smooth, high-quality center operations.

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop teaching staff to achieve excellence.

• Oversee daily operations, curriculum delivery (MAE for Pre-K), and compliance with Title 22  regulations.

• Manage budgets, reports, and center policies.

• Collaborate with parents, staff, and administrators to create a thriving learning environment.

• Be present during center hours, which may include night hours Monday–Friday, as needed.
   

 

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in early childhood education under Title 22 regulations.

• Proven ability to lead, train, and evaluate staff while maintaining high standards.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

• Completion of 16 hours of health and safety training.

Work Location: On-site – San Bernardino

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (may include night hours)
