Three Components of Our Curriculum
At Oak Tree, we believe learning should be fun, meaningful, and full of purpose. Our curriculum has three parts that work together to help children build strong academic, social, and emotional skills.
Curriculum — Learning with Purpose
Our teachers plan fun, hands-on lessons that build on each other every week.
We connect activities to real-life skills like science, math, and problem-solving so children can see how their learning grows every day.
Pedagogy — How We Teach
We use teaching strategies that help every child feel supported and confident.
Through small group and one-on-one time, teachers guide each child at their own pace, making learning personal and meaningful.
Assessment — Watching Growth Happen
We don’t just test, we observe, celebrate, and adjust.
Teachers track how each child is growing, giving extra support where needed so everyone can succeed and move forward confidently.

Our students learn by doing! They help in the classroom, build confidence, and discover the joy of learning while contributing to their school and community.
Parent Help
We keep parents involved through Brightwheel, monthly events, and family resources. Vendors and guest speakers bring tools to help families support learning at home.
Neighborhood Connection
We extend learning beyond our doors! Children take part in projects that build responsibility and pride, while we partner with local vendors and attend community events to stay connected.
