Oak Tree Summer Camp: Bridging the Gap to Success
The Oak Tree Summer Discovery Camp is an educational readiness program designed to prepare children for TK, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade.
Running from June through August, our camp offers a unique "Bridge to School" curriculum that prevents summer learning loss through immersive, theme-based play.

Our 2026 Weekly Themes
Our Summer Camp curriculum rotates through four engaging worlds, allowing children to build different skill sets each week.
1. The Oak Tree Cafe (Math & Literacy)
Children role-play as chefs, servers, and customers.
Learning Goal: Functional writing (menus), basic addition/subtraction (currency), and social communication.
2. Pet Shop Pals (Science & Empathy)
A hands-on exploration of animal care and biology basics.
Learning Goal: Species classification, understanding needs vs. wants, and developing responsibility.
3. Farmer’s Market (Logic & Nutrition)
From the "soil" to the stall, kids manage a bustling community market.
Learning Goal: Sorting/categorization, units of measurement (weight/volume), and healthy habit formation.
4. The Flower Shop (Art & Botany)
A creative dive into the colors, cycles, and beauty of the natural world.
Learning Goal: Fine motor precision (scissors/tools), botanical vocabulary, and color theory.
